Have you ever wondered what a celebrity house looks like. From Carrie Underwood's Manhattan apartment to Hugh Jackman's Coral Gables mansion, here is a look at some of the most famous celebrity homes. This includes Carrie Underwood’s Manhattan apartment, Hugh Jackman’s Coral Gables house, Lenny Kravitz’s Bel Air Estate, and Beyonce’s Hamptons property.

Manhattan apartment by Carrie Underwood

Carrie Underwood is a country music star who lives in Nashville, but has been touring high-end homes in New York. Recently she visited a Gramercy Park house that costs $12 million. This home features recessed moldings, radiant white oak floors, and many other amenities. Despite the cost, it is unclear if she will actually move into this property. Nevertheless, she's a prime candidate for a new apartment.

Unlike the Nashville home of a starving artist, Carrie's Manhattan apartment features plenty of room for entertaining. A large open-plan kitchen features a black marble table and a rattan window seat. The singer's bedroom features a muted beige color scheme, and a grey chaise longue couch. From the large terrace, you can see Manhattan's Central Park.

Hugh Jackman’s Coral Gables mansion

Hugh Jackman bought a Miami home with three stories worth $21million. This modernist masterpiece was built by Richard Meier, an actor who is also a philanthropist. Hugh Jackman moved in to it in 2008. The home was designed by Richard Meier, an internationally-respected architect. It is an outstanding example of mid century modern design. Hugh and his wife, artist Deborra-Lee Furness, have two children and live in the mansion with their two children.

Hugh and Deborra have been rumored as considering returning to Australia in 2020. It would make for a wonderful getaway for the couple, if the rumor is true.

Bel Air estate of Lenny Kravitz

The owner of Lenny Kravitz's gorgeous Bel Air mansion is not your average Joe. The musician and producer is actually an actor and a grammy award winner. Other accomplishments include producing music and acting in movies. What is so special about Kravitz’s mansion? Here are three interesting facts about Kravitz. Kravitz also owns an extensive collection of rare artifacts and antiques.

The legendary musician designed the hilltop residence. The singer has incorporated many unique pieces of art and furnishings into the house, including an enormous bronze tiger head and a pink clamshell bed. The house is filled with bold colors and a variety of other accoutrements that are only fitting for the rock star. Lenny Kravitz has been an active volunteer for many charities, including Zero Hunger and Rock the Vote.

Beyonce's Hamptons mansion

Beyonce has been living in luxury since Jay-Z purchased an $88.5 million compound in Los Angeles, CA earlier this summer. She lives in smaller homes in New Orleans, Manhattan’s Tribeca, and Malibu (CA), where she rented an estate worth $54million earlier this summer. Beyonce's Hamptons home has 12 bedrooms and an entertainment area with a subaquatic speaker. The house even includes a tennis and basketball court. The basement features a virtual-golf course and a rock climbing wall. There's also a recording studio.

FAQ

Why don't more filmmakers use crowdfunding websites like Indiegogo or Kickstarter?

Crowdfunding websites are great because you can reach potential investors directly.

But most filmmakers don't think they're qualified to ask for money. They feel they need someone to stand by them.

They don't believe anyone should invest in them, as they have not proven their worth yet.

Instead, they spend long hours working on their project, in hopes of someone noticing.

Then they realize that they didn't properly prepare for the launch of their campaign.

Instead of receiving thousands upon thousands of dollars, the recipients end up with a handful donations.
